The main functions and characteristics

SOLID AND FLEXIBLE

The TowerMark XL is a larger version of the TowerMark laser marking machine which can be configured with many options and axes for laser engraving, marking and cutting. It is characterized by its exceptional flexibility.

The oversized enclosure provides increased through put with the ample space for marking large parts or marking large arrays of parts in trays. The programmable Z axis has a stroke of 450 mm in the standard system but can be expanded to 700 mm if needed. The TowerMark XL can be equipped with X and Y tables with a stroke of 300×300 mm.

MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY

Towermark XL’s movement along the X and Y axes allows marking a 500x400mm area,
which can be used to mark a single article or a pallet with tens or hundreds of small articles,
while retaining perfect centering.

Furthermore the work surface can tolerate loads weighing up to 150Kg.

MARKING ARTICLES AT AN ANGLE

The rotary scanning head, which is completely controlled by the computer, is the ideal solution for marking slanted surfaces, conical pieces or for automatic marking without the need to reposition any pieces upside-down or on their side.

COMPLETELY UPGRADABLE

The TTL vision system is the ideal solution for centering the laser marking on small parts,
where extreme precision and high definition are required.

Within the laser marking compartment you can also install a rotary axis for continuous
marking of cylindrical details, a rotary head for markings on slanted pieces up to 90°
and a surface with a 300mm travel to increase the work area.
